摘 要:
F-box蛋白作为SCF复合体中泛素连接酶E3的关键组分而在植物生长发育、激素信号传导、花器官发育和自交不亲和反应中发挥重要的调节作用。近年来, 越来越多的研究表明F-box蛋白介导的泛素降解途径也参与了植物应对非生物及生物胁迫的响应过程。本文综述了F-box蛋白在植物抗干旱、盐碱、低温和重金属等引起的非生物胁迫及病原菌引起的生物胁迫中的最新研究进展。关键词:F-box蛋白; 逆境胁迫; 研究进展

Abstract:
F-box protein family is the key component of ubiquitin ligase E3 in SCF [Skp1-Cullin (or Cdc53)-Fbox] complex, and involves in several key biological processes, such as plant growth and development, hormone signal transduction, floral development and self-incompatibility. In recent years, more and more researches showed that F-box protein family members also response to plant resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses. Here, we review some latest research progress for F-box protein involving in plant resistant to abiotic stress caused by drought, salt and alkali, low-temperature, heavy metal and biotic stress caused by pathogens.Key words: F-box protein; stress; research progress
